[Project Overview] The manga "Attack on Titan" has sold over 44 million copies in Japan and is available in over 10 countries around the world. The unique world view and clever storyline, centered around the battle between humanity and the Titans that eat them, were presented using a wide variety of displays methods. In addition to the original displays, the event featured a large 4D experience theater, a 360-degree video space using three-dimensional models that look like real Titans and the latest technology, HMD (Head Mount Display), and other experiences that can be enjoyed by both those who know the work and those who don't. This was the most popular experience-based displays event in Japan in 2014, and was a hot topic in the media and by word of mouth. We assisted with the planning, design, layout, and construction of the space. In conjunction with the expansion of the entire terminal building to accommodate the increase in international flights at Haneda Airport, the JAL International Sakura Lounge was expanded and renovated to be 2.5 times larger. Based on the Japanese concept of "Room To Room," where rooms are connected but separated by partitions, the number of corridors was reduced, and the floor was finished with an open feel, with original lattices and gently partitioned washi paper sand glass, allowing each seat to have a view of the runway while still maintaining privacy. In addition, the split-level floor that offers a wide view, motifs that evoke the sky and travel, and flower petals that symbolize the Sakura Lounge were all created using traditional Japanese techniques to create original art that fits the theme, embodying a refined and sophisticated concept of "tradition, innovation, and the Japanese spirit." "Toriba Coffee Ginza Main Store" is a boutique roaster with a specialty coffee bean store on the first floor and a factory for roasting in-house on the second floor. To express "Hawaii" at the root of the concept, we aimed to create a luxurious space with an open façade concept design that allows the aroma of coffee to flow into the street. In addition, the 7.3m green wall installed in the atrium, some of which uses real plants, provides a new view to the Ginza area, and creates a relaxed atmosphere inside the store, making it feel like a more high-quality space. The first class lounge has been renewed and expanded to three times its original size. One corner of the lounge, an expanded area, was planned with the theme of a hideout-like space for adults. In a new approach, folding screens with patterns of mica powder on Japanese paper were placed on both sides, and plastering art on the theme of Shuhei Hasado's contrails was placed in front. We believe that this lounge, which has different concepts depending on the area, can embody the challenge of JAL, which continues to innovate while preserving tradition.

The Seibu Sogo Musashikosugi Shop, which opened in the Grand Tree Musashikosugi shopping complex, is themed around "SUITE RESIDENCE" and is concept design with motifs that evoke the natural elements of wind, light, and greenery, as well as a pleasant atrium and a casual, yet comfortable space using high-quality furniture and materials. Our company assisted with the complete renovation of a rental apartment complex consisting of six buildings built 27 years ago. Based on the theme of "a hotel with a New York fireplace," the charm of the space is maximized by making use of the existing architecture while adding new concept design. Combining the original sauna and shower room with the bathroom made it possible to create a spacious bathroom, and the unused fireplace was brought back to life by renewing the equipment and materials and setting up a firewood shed in the garden. Natural materials such as solid wood, stone, and plaster walls were used to create a high-quality, relaxing space. Selva in front of Sendai's municipal subway "Izumi Chuo Station" was reopened in the spring of 2014. In Selva's environmental plan, we participated in the concept design concept of "an atelier to enjoy me more" from the concept design planning stage, and were in charge of the design of the environmental production of the common area, construction, AB construction for tenants, and furniture and fixture manufacturing work. Belgian chocolate specialist "B by B" has opened its first overseas street-level store in Ginza. In the centre of the store is a "transparent drawer with floating chocolates" from which visitors can experience the world of the product packaging by pulling out and selecting products with their own hands. As a joint project with nendo, concept design office based in Tokyo and Milan, our company assisted with everything from schematic design and working drawings to interiors construction. "Wonder Life BOX 2020" is a facility that opened in the Panasonic Center Tokyo facility, and proposes Panasonic's idea of "A Better Life A Better World in 2020" through concrete displays using the cloud. Based on the concept of "A rich life you aspire to, in your own way and in comfort," the facility displays "entrances," "living room, dining room, kitchen, private offices," "sanitary rooms, bedrooms," and more, and proposes a rich lifestyle in which people can live comfortably and independently by effectively incorporating optimal city and social services into their homes based on life logs of sounds, images, energy, etc. collected from home appliances and housing equipment. The tour is in the form of a tour, and visitors can experience the experience through demonstrations by attendants, and after the tour, they can exchange opinions in a meeting room in the facility. 札幌三井ＪＰビルディング「赤れんがテラス」は、地下１階～４階が27店舗のテナントで構成され、５階には北海道庁旧本庁舎（赤レンガ庁舎）が一望できる「眺望ギャラリー」、２階には憩いの広場空間「アトリウムテラス」が設置された商業施設です。 コンセプトは、「新しい感性と出会う、札幌の中庭」。 当社は環境計画のサポートを含め、工事現場施工調整業務、制作・施工まで担当させていただきました。   担当箇所：制作・施工, 環境計画

“シルクのまち”として知られる長野県岡谷市にオープンした岡谷蚕糸博物館「シルクファクトおかや」。明治初期からの製糸機械類の展示からさまざま な体験ができる世界に類の無い博物館です。また、製糸工場（Factory）とシルクや製糸業の真実（Fact）を伝える博物館でありたいという想いか ら、日本で唯一、伝統的な生糸の生産方法が残される「宮坂製糸所」を誘致し、岡谷のDNAともいうべきものづくり精神を体感していただけるファクトリー・ ミュージアムとなっています。 当社は基本設計、実施設計、設計監理、施工および、建築改修の基本設計、実施設計、施工監理とトータルにお手伝いさせていただきました。   【当社担当者】 プロジェクトマネージャー：横山　昌昇 デザインディレクター：宮越　庸一 建築設計：桐岡　栄 プランナー：野口　達郎 デザイナー：深野　友規 プロダクトディレクター：高橋　浩一郎、奥田　敦   ＜受賞歴＞ ●「第34回ディスプレイ産業賞（2015）」奨励賞 ●「日本空間デザイン賞2015」入選   【お客様の声】 当 博物館は、シルク岡谷として全世界にその名を轟かせた岡谷の生糸産業の歴史を伝え、その中から未来を思考・創造できる博物館としたいとの願いを乃村工藝社 に具現化していただいた。その構成は岡谷の歴史の概要を知っていただくエントランスエリア、糸都岡谷を紹介するために機械・資料でたどるミュージアムエリ ア、そして実際の糸繰り現場の宮坂製糸場併設した。 展示は、白黒を基調に無駄のないメリハリのある形に構成されており、デザイン性にも優れている。展示全体のバランス、静と動のバランスがとれ、全国に類のない博物館に設計して頂いた。訪れた皆様より、わかりやすい展示で異口同音にまた訪れたいという意見を頂いている。   担当箇所：展示基本設計, 展示実施設計, 展示施工, 建築改修基本設計, 建築改修実施設計, 設計監理

多摩六都科学館は、1994年に開館、2001年に1度目の展示改装を行い、2013年3月に2度目のリニューアルを行いました。2013年のリニューアルでは、展示設計者と指定管理者が同一人格であるダブルメリットを生かし、現場に立つ科学館スタッフの意見を乃村工藝社のプランナー・デザイナーが吸い上げてブラッシュアップする手法で行いました。既存展示物も生かしながら展示室が新しく生まれ変わったことに加え、現場第一線で活動する科学館のスタッフにとっても使いやすい・管理しやすい環境となりました。展示設計の特徴としては、スタッフとのコミュニケーションでより科学の学びを深化させられる体験スペース「ラボ」、地域の人材・企業・学術機関と連携した情報発信スペース「つながるスポット」、世代間交流を育む「キッズスペース」の3つを各展示室に設置したことがあげられます。これらのしかけによって、「ひとが主体」で「成長し変化し続ける」展示空間が維持され続けています。

品川プリンスホテル メインタワーの2つの宴会場が、ブライダルに特化したバンケットにリニューアルオープンしました。 19階のバンケット「ゴールド１９」は、オフホワイトとシャンパンゴールドを基調色とした「エレガント」なイメージです。 クリスタルオーナメントやミラーを多用し、大人の女性にも満足していただける様な空間になっています。 36階のバンケット「ガーネット３６」は、ホワイトとグレイッシュトーンを基調色とした「スタイリッシュ」なイメージです。 天井高のある会場の特徴を活かした、360度のムービングプロジェクターによる映像演出が可能な空間になっています。 弊社はデザインから施工までを、トータルにお手伝いさせていただきました。   担当箇所：デザイン・設計, 制作・施工
