The Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk's atrium has reopened with a premium wedding venue and restaurant that plays an iconic role in the large atrium space. The three elements of scenery, light, and sound have been combined to create a space suitable for celebrating the birth of a new partner. We provided total support in planning design, layout and production construction through the joint efforts of the Tokyo Head Office, Osaka Office, and Kyushu Branch. Tama Rokuto Science Museum opened in 1994, and underwent its first displays renovation in 2001, and its second renewal in March 2013. In the 2013 renewal, the planners and designers of NOMURA, Ltd. took advantage of the double advantage of having displays designer and the designated manager as the same person, and the museum's planners and designers absorbed the opinions of the museum staff on the ground and brushed up the museum. In addition to renewing displays rooms while making use of the existing displays, the museum has also created an environment that is easy to use and manage for the museum staff who are active on the front lines. The distinctive features of displays design are that each exhibition room has three areas: an experience space called a "lab" where visitors can deepen their science learning by communicating with the staff, an information dissemination space called a "connecting spot" in collaboration with local human resources, companies, and academic institutions, and a "kids space" to foster intergenerational exchange. These mechanisms have allowed displays displays to be maintained as one that is "people-centered" and "continues to grow and change."

Three facilities, a cosmetic surgery clinic, a skin clinic, and a mental health clinic, have opened on the 24th and 25th floors of Shinjuku I-LAN Tower. The space has been designed with the theme of "ensuring ease of use" while making effective use of the views from the higher floors. We assisted with the design and construction, including proposing displays.

Based on GC's management philosophy of "contributing to the local community through improving oral health," Kamulier, a facility that "supports food," has opened in Ochanomizu. The facility offers a wide range of support through the sale of oral care products and care consultations, provision of food recipes in the cooking studio, and the sale of food to those whose eating functions have declined. Sweets developed by pastry chef Tsujiguchi Hironobu are also on display in the store. We provided total support, from planning, concept design, and program creation for the cooking studio to facility operation.

This is a tourist facility that plays a central role in Tono City's urban vitalization business. It is made up of the "Mukashibanagura" where visitors can have a variety of experiences themed around folk tales, the "Yanagita Kunio displays Hall" which tells of the life and achievements of Yanagita Kunio, the author of "Tono Monogatari," the "Tonoza" where a variety of performances including folk tales and local performing arts are held, and a food and beverage sales facility. The Cultural Environment Research Institute was in charge of planning, design, layout, while the headquarters was in charge of production and construction.

This facility, which inherited the philosophy of the Okinawa International Ocean Expo held in 1975, has been reborn as a cultural facility that plays a key role in international exchange in the century of the ocean. In addition to valuable materials from the 1970s, new cultural resources have been created, such as a Micronesian voyaging canoe (the Lien Polowat) and an Okinawan sabani, and displays have been completely revamped. With the theme of "Way finding: traditional navigation," the exhibition conveys the history and culture of unknown navigators who spread across the Pacific Ocean. A total of 20 supervisors and experts were involved in concept design process, ensuring comprehensive promotion.

"Onihei Edodokoro" has opened in the Hanyu Parking Area on the Tohoku Expressway (inbound). The restaurant recreates the streets of Edo and is based on the world of "Onihei Hankacho", creating an Edo-style space with an emphasis on authenticity, from the buildings to the accessories. We assisted with the business development assistance, design administration and interior administration, and implementation concept design and design supervision, and operation of "Yatai Ren", a stand-up construction with a series of Edo-style food stalls, and "Yatai Ren", a souvenir shop selling original products from "Onihei Edodokoro" and sweets from long-established stores. We will strive to revitalize the parking area through our working drawings.

[Project Summary] Panasonic Center Osaka opened at Grand Front Osaka, the gateway to Osaka, as a global information hub. Based on the themes of "beauty," "food," "comfort," and "living," the center is a showroom for creating together with customers what they "wish they had" and "wished they could do" in their daily lives. Our company assisted with the design and construction of the showroom, which was the first to open in a commercial facility.

"Kokoniwa" is a communication space located in the lobby of the new Kirin Group headquarters, consolidating the headquarters functions of the Kirin Group, which were previously scattered in various locations. It is made up of displays content that allows visitors to experience the past, present, and future of the Kirin Group through seeing, hearing, and touching, and a communication space that creates connections between people inside and outside the company, and generates creativity and synergy. We provided a full range of assistance, from branding and planning to production, construction, and logo concept design.

Koizumi Lighting Operation Studio (KLOS) is an experiential, hands-on "innovation showroom" born from the concept of "Feel Design." It has been concept design as a space where you can feel the charm of "light," an essential part of life, through various techniques, such as spatial presentation that harmonizes artificial light with natural light and displays of the latest technology. We assisted with design, layout, and construction.

Two banquet halls in the main tower of Shinagawa Prince Hotel have been renovated and reopened as banquet halls specialized for bridal events. The banquet hall "Gold 19" on the 19th floor has an "elegant" image with off-white and champagne gold as its base color. It makes extensive use of crystal ornaments and mirrors, creating a space that will satisfy even mature women. The banquet hall "Garnet 36" on the 36th floor has a "stylish" image with white and grayish tones as its base color. Taking advantage of the venue's high ceiling, the space allows for video production using a 360-degree moving projector. We provided total support from concept design to construction. All guest rooms, the lobby, the entrance and the restaurant (1st floor) of The Prince Sakura Tower Tokyo have been renovated and reopened. Located in Shinagawa, which serves as a place where people come and go (cross), concept design concept of this facility is "weaving." Taking advantage of the facility's characteristics of having a Japanese garden, the space exudes a sense of Japanese harmony with the scenery outside the window. In addition, through collaboration with a kimono designer and a lighting artist, Japanese craftsmanship is sprinkled throughout, and artisanal techniques are woven together with new concept design. A wedding facility with an art gallery and restaurant has opened in the Minato Mirai 21 district. The architectural concept design concept is "VOYAGE." Each of the four banquet halls on the floor has a different theme, and art pieces linked to the interior and concept are displays. In addition, with the desire to create a gathering place open to the local community, the facility is also available as a venue for various events. Hiroro Square, which will be used for the city's administrative services, has opened in Hiroro, a redevelopment building in the station area of Hirosaki. Our Tohoku branch has assisted with a wide range of projects, from environmental planning to concept design, construction, and furniture and fixture manufacturing. Hiroro Square combines two functions: providing administrative services and serving as a space for citizens to socialize, and is the foundation of citizens' lives. By introducing "Machihako", "Odori Suwarou Terrace" was opened as a permanent business facility on the street in front of Sapporo Station.
