overview
This tourist facility plays a central role in the urban vitalization business of Tono City.
It consists of "Mukashibanashi-gura," where visitors can have a variety of experiences based on folktales; "Yanagita Kunio displays Hall," which tells the story of the life and achievements of Yanagita Kunio, the author of "Tono Monogatari"; "Tono-za," which hosts a variety of performances including folktales and local performing arts; and food and beverage retail facilities.
Planning, design, layout were handled by the Institute for Cultural Environment, while production and construction were handled by Head Office.
