[Project Overview] A large commercial facility based on the concept of "An Adult's Detour" has opened inside JR Osaka Station, fulfilling the dual requirements of "safety and convenience because it's a station" and "satisfaction and happiness despite being a station. NOMURA Co.,Ltd. Ltd. handled the research and consulting, basic concept, environmental design and construction, design (partial) and construction of 16 stores including directly managed stores, and furniture and fixture manufacturing.

With the theme of creating a relaxing space where people can unwind while enjoying views of the sky and airplanes, a new café with an outdoor terrace and a casual open lounge have been added. At any time of day, many business travelers waiting to board, as well as couples and families before their trips, can be seen. With the main objectives of "making the airport experience more enjoyable" and "enhancing airport hospitality," this project has played a part in creating an airport terminal loved not only by passengers but also by the local community. Patisserie Lab Tsuji is a store-type training room of Tsuji Culinary Group's senior school "Tsuji Confectionery Research Institute" and is located on the 3rd floor of Abeno Market Park Q's Mall. By engaging in manufacturing, operation, and sales in a system similar to that of an actual store, research students can not only learn practical confectionery making, but also comprehensively learn about the profession of patisserie. This is the first time in Japan that a store-type training room has been opened in a general commercial facility, not attached to a school.

Himeji Castle Main Keep has undergone restoration work for five years since the fall of 2009. The aim is to have visitors observe the construction up close and experience the true charm of castle architecture, as well as the importance of cultural assets and the need to pass on Himeji Castle, which is a valuable World Heritage Site and National Treasure, to future generations. It is a facility that did. It will be the first time in Japan that the restoration of a World Cultural Heritage site will be open to the public at all times.

[Project] ORIENTAL HOTEL, one of Japan's oldest hotels, was established in 1870. In March 2010, 15 years after the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake, it began to make a new history as a symbol of the city's recovery. Throughout the entire building, while valuing the texture of the materials of stone and wood, we have added an oriental essence to the details to create a calm, high-quality feel and a new uniqueness.

This is the first large-scale (total area 840 tsubo) collaborative showroom in a major metropolitan area, a joint venture between TOTO, Daiken Corporation, and YKK AP. It targets the renovation and remodeling needs of the Kyoto-Osaka-Kobe area, particularly the northern Osaka region. While serving as a hub for disseminating corporate brands, it features LDK (living room, dining room, kitchen) space displays and separate displays areas for bathrooms, flooring, walls, ceilings, windows, and exteriors, allowing visitors to experience TDY products comprehensively. [Project Overview] Takashimaya Osaka Store is a historically significant modern building adorned with Corinthian columns and arches, located at the end of Midosuji Avenue. "Namba Dining Maison" is a three-story dining zone spanning the 7th to 9th floors, encompassing both the expanded section and the existing building. It required a blend of Takashimaya's characteristic "high quality and class" and Osaka's distinctive "liveliness and vibrancy." Therefore, the aim was to create a space that evokes the feeling of being in a historically significant building by scattering "memories of modern architecture" throughout the interior space. An original pattern based on the details of the building's exterior, constructed in the early Showa period, was concept design in a modern style and continuously applied to the three-story atrium and in front of the store facade to evoke a Western patio. Furthermore, the architectural exterior details were extended to various parts of the environment to create a sense of unity across the three floors, each with its own distinct scene.

[Outline of the project] Opened as a new facility where you can experience and experience the sea, there are impressive attractions that you can experience for the first time with 360-degree images and floats that go up and down, and one of the largest tide pools in Japan where you can enjoy nature up close.
