Fumito Matsuda, CEO of Heralbony, who launched a company that deals with art by people with disabilities, and Akane Yamaguchi, a designer at NOMURA Co.,Ltd., who has been exploring spatial concept design that generate various forms of communication. What new value are they trying to create through the collaboration between the two companies? We spoke to the two of them.

Thirteen years have passed since the Great East Japan Earthquake. Reconstruction has finally begun in some areas. What kind of reconstruction will they aim for in these disaster-stricken areas, which are still uninhabitable? The challenge continues to be to build new community spaces where people of all ages can gather and connect, while reviving the connections that once existed between people.
