We assisted in the full renovation of a 27-year-old rental apartment consisting of 6 buildings. With the theme of "New York hotel with a fireplace", we have maximized the charm of the space by adding a new concept design while making use of the existing architecture.
By combining the original sauna and shower room with the bathroom, it became possible to secure a spacious bathroom. I was able to revive it by setting it up.
Natural materials such as solid wood, stone, and plastered walls are used to create a high-quality, relaxing space.
The owner of the house actually said, "I feel wonderful every time I come back."
