Sumitomo Life's "Vitality" product incorporates features such as variable premium structures and benefits (rewards) to support customers in their efforts to improve their health and continue those efforts.
To allow more customers to experience its innovative features and value, we have opened brick-and-mortar stores.

Our company also handled the following stores.

- Sumitomo Life "Vitality" Plaza Shinjuku Store (Opened November 2019)


[Social Issues / Customer Issues / Requests]
To address three challenges—increasing awareness of "Sumitomo Life's Vitality," acquiring new customers, and improving policyholder loyalty—they needed to utilize "digital" technologies that are rooted in "people" and create new experiential value.
By establishing a store in the heart of Ginza, one of Japan's leading commercial districts, and disseminating information there, we promoted this project with the aim of contributing to Sumitomo Life's vision of "a better life for each individual = well-being."


[Solution]
We have created a space where visitors can experience the world of Vitality by visualizing the features of Sumitomo Life's "Vitality" health program—"understanding your health status," "improving your health status," and "enjoying benefits (rewards)"—through benefit displays and videos.
The plan emphasizes people-centered value, incorporating a flexible space for hosting various events and seminars to support health promotion activities, as well as meeting rooms for face-to-face support with existing clients. Interactive content is introduced in the entrance to help people personalize their health initiatives, offering a new digital experience against the backdrop of Ginza.
We hope that our store, located in the heart of Ginza, will become a place that supports each individual's daily life through its space, and contribute to the realization of a healthy and long-lived society.


[Customer Feedback]
Many design companies from the same industry visit our store because they are interested in design, layout by your company.
Customers have commented, "The wall concept design is lovely," "It's a stylish space," "The smart partitions look great," and "It's a space that makes me want to sign a contract." Some were also impressed by the monolith (a large touch-panel monitor).
