In the spring of 2014, Selva, located in front of Sendai's municipal subway "Izumi-Chuo Station", reopened after renovation.
In Selva's environmental plan, we participated in the concept design concept of "an atelier to enjoy me more" from the concept design planning stage, and were in charge of the design of the environmental production of the common area, construction, AB construction for tenants, and furniture and fixture manufacturing work.
The design is simple yet warm, with an emphasis on the natural feel created by using natural materials and indirect lighting, and a high-quality concept design is developed in harmony with the theme while taking advantage of the MD characteristics of each floor.
