OMO3 Sapporo Susukino by Hoshino Resort

This is a plan for an urban tourist hotel set in Susukino, Sapporo. Susukino, a downtown area that represents Sapporo, is filled with the charm of "food" from all over Hokkaido, overflowing with delicious happiness, and aimed to create a lobby space that stimulates your appetite.
We created a space and experience with motifs related to food, such as a signboard wall of a fictitious store with the motif of the Susukino entertainment district, and a neighborhood map that imitates a wooden box for shipping seafood.

We were asked to create a plan and spatial concept design that would maximize the appeal of Susukino for guests.

With "food" as the main tourist attraction in Sapporo, we attempted to concept design a lobby that would stimulate the appetite.

The illuminated signboard at the entrance and the map of the neighborhood are used as icons of the facility, and many customers take pictures of them as a souvenir of their trip.
Customers have accepted it as a lobby space that expresses the enjoyment of Susukino food.
