This neo-bistro is the creation of two-Michelin-starred chef Dominique Bouchet. With its opening in a large train station building, the aim was to create a welcoming and approachable atmosphere that wouldn't feel intimidating to visitors, while simultaneously fostering a comfortable, natural feel reminiscent of a sunroom—a place people would want to visit regularly. The organic forms and green accents, the restaurant's theme color, blend seamlessly with the nature-inspired cuisine, creating a lasting sense of comfort and attracting new customers. Furthermore, meticulous design was employed to ensure both concept design appeal and functionality, allowing the chefs and staff to perform at their best.
