A neo-bistrot run by Michelin 2-star chef “Dominique Bouchet”. With the opening of a store in a large station building, we wanted to create a comfortable, natural-feeling "sunroom" that would make customers want to stop by on a daily basis, while maintaining a familiarity that would not make visitors feel that the threshold was high. I thought. The organic form and theme color green accents are combined with nature-themed cuisine to create a non-temporary sense of comfort and attract new customers. In addition to the concept design, we have carefully designed it so that the chef and staff can demonstrate their best performance.
