This neo-bistro is run by two-star Michelin chef Dominique Bouchet. As it is opening in a large station building, we wanted to create a comfortable, natural atmosphere like a sunroom that customers would want to drop into on a daily basis, while still being approachable and unassuming. The organic form and accents of green, which is the theme color, combine with the nature-themed cuisine to create a comfortable atmosphere that is not just temporary, and attract new customers. In addition to concept design, we carefully designed the space to be functional, allowing the chefs and staff to perform at their best.
