Lawson S KDDI Takanawa Head Office Office

This project is for the Lawson S KDDI Takanawa Head Head Office Store, a cashier-less experimental store that opened on the employee-only floor of KDDI's new Head Office.
In concept design building the store, our Content Integration Center (CIC) utilized its high level of expertise and experience in utilizing technology to support the system construction.

Since users are limited to KDDI employees, the store has adopted the "Office Lawson App," which allows customers to pay without waiting in line at the register, creating a store that provides value that leads to increased productivity for office workers.
The store also features a delivery robot that travels around the office to sell products. The robot uses the elevator to move between floors, allowing customers to purchase products without having to stop in the store, making it truly worthy of being called a "testing ground for the future."
