As part of a renovation project for Kanatsu Giken Kogyo, a general construction company in Shimane Prefecture, we created an unprecedented office space that harmonizes nature and technology.

concept design required an office space that combined technology and hospitality, symbolizing Kanatsu Giken Kogyo's history, technology, and the future they will forge.

At the entrance, a custom-made screen displaying futuristic CG images symbolically represents the company's business and welcomes visitors.
As you proceed further inside, a paludarium* unfolds, indirectly representing the water cycle. By representing a wide range of business areas including civil engineering, architecture, infrastructure, and urban planning, we attempted to integrate the spatial experience from the entrance with the office space.
While promoting an understanding of the business, we've incorporated elements of surprise and playfulness throughout, elevating the space into one where visitors can experience the company's attitude and values.

*A method of recreating and appreciating the hot and humid natural environment created by moss and tropical plants within a glass or acrylic case.
