AMBIENT Azumino Hotel Restaurant "Buffet venue - Amaakari" renovated

Ceravie Resort Izumigo Co., Ltd. operates hotels, cottages, and dog resort facilities in 11 locations across Japan. Our company was in charge of renovating the restaurant at the mountain resort "AMBIENT Azumino Hotel" nestled in the Northern Alps.

The background to the plan was to streamline operations by expanding and consolidating the restaurants, which were split between the basement and first floor, onto the first floor, and to enhance the value of the customer experience by creating a resort atmosphere with the majestic Northern Alps view from the first floor observation terrace.The plan included elements throughout the hotel that would make guests want to stay again, such as creating an extraordinary atmosphere using space, furniture, and decorations that evoke the region's unique culture, history, and crafts, and establishing a new live kitchen that uses local ingredients to prepare dishes unique to the area.
