Ghibli Park's "Valley of the Witches" was awarded the 31st Thea Award in the Immersive Land category
On Sunday, March 16th, 2025 (Japan time), at the 31st Thea Award Gala held at the Hilton Universal Hotel in Hollywood, USA, Ghibli Park's "Valley of the Witches" was awarded in the Immersive Land category.
NOMURAHowl's CastleResponsible for the design and construction cooperation and the design and construction of the demonstration project I did it.
Our Executive Creative Director, Masaki Kawahara, attended the awards ceremony on behalf of the project.
About the Thea Award
Themed Entertainment Association (TEA) The awards were established in 1994 by the International Theme Park Awards Society of America (ITA) to recognise achievement, talent and individual excellence in the themed entertainment industry. They recognise individuals, projects and technologies working in the field of themed attractions and experiences around the world. They are now recognised internationally as the equivalent of the Oscars for the themed entertainment industry. Each year, over 100 outstanding achievements from around the world compete for 12 to 18 awards.
