With the concept of "discovering focus and creating spaces open to the future," Ryutaro Matsuura, who leads the spatial concept design team "RENS," moves instantly between macro and micro perspectives as he concept design, from concept work that indicates the direction of a brand to the stitching of furniture that touches the body. The types of businesses he has worked on so far are diverse, including restaurants, boutiques, hotels, commercial facilities, and museums, and in recent years he has expanded his field of activity overseas. This book introduces these spaces with photographs and drawings, and expresses Matsuura's concept design philosophy of "brightening the future and society through concept design."
