"WEAZER Nishiizu", an SDGs hotel equipped with the latest technology and design supervision of NOMURA, opens tomorrow (12/10)!

NOMURA Co., Ltd. supervised the design of the "WEAZER Nishiizu" hotel, which utilizes "WEAZER," a completely off-grid module developed by ARTH Inc. (Representative Director design supervision Takano Yoshiyuki, Headquarters: Chuo Ward, Tokyo) that does not require infrastructure such as electricity, gas, or water.

"WEAZER Nishiizu" is an inn with a superb view, limited to one group per day, living on natural energy. The guest rooms are not connected to the existing infrastructure such as electricity, water, and gas. In addition, the special purifying equipment does not generate sewage drainage, so there is no damage to the environment around the facility.

During their stay, guests can enjoy a full-course Italian meal featuring locally produced ingredients at LOQUAT Nishiizu, a restaurant planned and concept design by our company in 2021. Our business activities are contributing to further revitalizing the Nishiizu area and realizing a sustainable society.
