The NOMURA Group Base Consolidation Project, which NOMURA Co., Ltd. handled from planning, design, construction, and operation, has won the New Office Promotion Award at the 35th Nikkei New Office Awards.

The Nikkei New Office Awards, organized by the Nihon Keizai Shimbun and the New Office Promotion Association (NOPA), aim to popularize and promote the creation of "new offices," and are given to offices that demonstrate originality and ingenuity.

The review took into consideration the perspectives outlined in each guideline to determine what office concept was the basis for specific measures to be implemented and whether they were effective in providing comfortable and functional offices, stimulating the senses and enhancing creativity, and managing knowledge assets and information.
