Yawataya Isogoro CEVEN LAB

Founded in Nagano in 1736, Yawataya Isogoro is a long-established company that has created the image that "Shichimi is the best Shinshu souvenir." As part of the commemorative project for the 100th anniversary of the sale of canned shichimi in 2024, the company renovated its confectionery manufacturing workshop and warehouse to open a research and development site for shichimi togarashi. The new facility will function as a business negotiation lounge and test kitchen for B2B collaborative products, a hub for interaction between customers and employees, and a showroom.

Yawataya Isogoro has released about 300 collaborative products with companies to date, and in recent years has been increasing the number of projects for companies both in Japan and overseas. Currently, the company handles nearly 40 types of spice ingredients, and receives a wide range of orders, such as "I want you to create a flavor that evokes a character."

Our company's manufacturing workshop and warehouse have been renovated and transformed into a new facility that will serve as a research and development center for Shichimi Togarashi, a business lounge and test kitchen for our B2B product Custom Blend PRO and collaborative products, a hub for interaction between customers and employees, and a showroom.
We also installed a new counter kitchen equipped with a dedicated mixing table so that we can thoroughly blend the shichimi that matches our image.

In addition, the building also functions as a showroom for sharing the company's history as a family business and its past products, while also being used for internal social gatherings and other purposes, with the aim of fostering a variety of forms of communication.
