In China, where the population is aging, Panasonic and a Chinese partner will open a wellness smart town for the elderly in 2022.

Approximately 1,000 of the residences, known as ``nursing health condominiums,'' will be equipped with all Panasonic housing equipment. A healthy and comfortable space can be created through the simple operation of a smartphone, which is deeply ingrained in Chinese society. NOMURA Group was in charge of design, layout a showroom for VIPs to introduce elderly health condominiums.

In addition to the function of displays products, it also serves as a guest house that specializes in providing hospitality to visitors, including a footbath and a cafe.

・As a showroom that mainly invites wealthy people and business customers, it creates a place where hospitality can be provided.
・Because it is a Japanese company, the architecture and gardens of the condominium complex are being designed in a Japanese concept design, so interiors of the showroom will also be a space that incorporates Japanese elements.
