[Project Overview]
The museum, which boasts a collection of masterpiece chairs and posters, will place more emphasis on concept design perspectives than ever before, aiming to become an experiential creative museum that "connects art and concept design."
There are six displays rooms of varying sizes. Our company was in charge of the design and construction of the wall cases in the special displays room on the second floor.
In addition to permanently displays about 50 chairs from a collection of approximately 240, we developed displays system for concept design displays room, which boasts a collection of approximately 13,000 posters.
He was also in charge of displays works and materials by Shuzo Takiguchi and Simon Goldberg that were donated during his time at the Toyama Prefectural Museum of Modern Art.
In the hall, we developed an interactive art installation where visitors can create light art through their body movements.

This museum aims to be an experiential creative arts center that fosters deep understanding and critical thinking by examining the correlations between various genres.

[Solution]
We create distinctive displays spaces tailored to the theme of each displays room, including displays fixture planning, color scheme planning, lighting plan, and video/sound plan.
Each space was designed to provide a deeply memorable and impactful art and concept design experience. Additionally, the hall incorporated "interactive art" that creates light art through body movements.
I was able to contribute as one item to an experiential, imaginative museum that connects art and concept design.
