Tokyo Metropolitan Waterworks History Museum
The Tokyo Waterworks History Museum opened in 1995 and is a facility that promotes the history and culture of Tokyo's waterworks from the Edo period to modern times and the present.
It consists of three floors: 1F: History of Modern Waterworks, 2F: History of Edo Waterworks, 3F: Library and Lecture Hall. Most of the renovated floors are on the 1st and 3rd floors.
In addition to renovating displays space, we are also working to expand the scope of the facility's operations by creating a video library and introducing audio guides (in four languages: Japanese, English, Korean, and Chinese).
Additionally, we have been commissioned to operate the facility after it reopens, and are expanding the scope of our operations by having attendants provide tours of displays (in both Japanese and English), hosting special exhibitions and events, and introducing AR guided tours, thereby promoting the waterworks business.
