Tokyo Midtown Hibiya

[Project Summary]
Since the Meiji period, Hibiya has evolved into a place for adults to socialize and relax, with establishments such as the social gathering place Rokumeikan and the Imperial Hotel, which was established as Japan's guest house.
The developer, Mitsui Fudosan, has defined "In the Park," "Entertainment," and "Elegance" as the unique values offered by the Hibiya area, encouraging various cultures, sensibilities, and talents from around the world to gather and interact in Hibiya, and is creating an area that will create new, future-oriented experiences and value.

Our company was in charge of the commercial environmental design, production and construction for the commercial floors from the basement to the third floor above ground. Based on the concept of "THE PREMIUM TIME HIBIYA" and the desire of the business owner to concept design visitors with a special experience in a luxurious time and space, we created a bright, glamorous space full of adult charm, befitting Hibiya, a mecca for arts, culture and entertainment.
The three-story atrium, modeled after a traditional theater space, features soft curves that create an elegant atmosphere.
The underground arcade is based on the motif of the Sanshin Building, which was once a symbol of Hibiya in this area, and has been reconstructed with a modern concept design to preserve the memory of the area.
