Shibuya Stream "SUSHI TOKYO TEN,"

"SUSHI TOKYO TEN," opened in Shibuya Stream. The reborn Shibuya has changed into a town where young generations return to work as adults. We aimed to create a sushi restaurant with a new sensation, where enjoying sushi can be familiar and fresh for adults of that generation. By reinterpreting and expressing Edomae's "chic" and unique "incognito" feeling with a modern image, a sushi restaurant suitable for the new city of Shibuya was born.

[Customer issues/requests]

We were asked to create a restaurant where you can feel the presence of the counter, which is the real thrill of a sushi restaurant, throughout the restaurant, including the table seats.

【solution】

By covering the entire space of the shop with a single triangular roof, we were able to create a unified concept design that stretches from the eaves to the counter as one space.
