In the spring of 2014, Selva, located in front of Sendai's municipal subway "Izumi-Chuo Station", reopened after renovation.
We participated in Selva's environmental planning with the concept design concept of "atelier to enjoy me more" from the concept design planning stage, and was in charge of the design of the environmental production of the common areas, construction, tenant AB construction, and furniture and fixture manufacturing operations.
concept design emphasizes a natural feel through the use of warm, natural materials and indirect lighting, while also utilizing the unique characteristics of each floor to create a sophisticated and harmonious theme.
