In the spring of 2014, Selva, located in front of Sendai's municipal subway "Izumi-Chuo Station", reopened after renovation.
Our company has been involved from the concept design planning stage with the concept design concept of "An atelier to enjoy myself more" in Selva's environmental planning, handling the design of the shared area environment, construction, tenant AB construction, and furniture and fixture manufacturing operations.
concept design emphasizes a natural feel through the use of warm, natural materials and indirect lighting, while also utilizing the unique characteristics of each floor to create a sophisticated and harmonious theme.
