overview

The "PARA HEROes Exhibition" is an exhibition in which four young artists and creators use the theme of "para table tennis" to express the appeal of the sport and the players, in order to spread the spread of diversity and inclusion to Japan and the world. This is a planned exhibition.

In October NOMURA, we held the "One year before the Tokyo 2020 Paralympics Commemorative event COLORS”, and we were able to support the project by providing planning and concept design.
What did the artist feel when he encountered "para table tennis", what did he think when he tried to incorporate it into his work, and what did he want to convey through the work he created? What I saw from there was a figure that expressed what I saw through each sensibility without stereotypes or preconceptions.

We also hope that visitors will break away from their preconceived notions through the expressions of the artists, increase their empathy for concept design, and face the works with an open mind. did The elements that make up the space make use of the base material, and the base material associated with each art is also woven.
In order to bring out the charm of each piece of art, we were particular about how it was presented.

In line with the NOMURA Group's goal of "providing added value from an environmental perspective," we concept design this displays so that about 90% of it can be reused.
Regarding the wood used, Declaration of Support for Fairwood I am choosing according to.
