NOMURA Co.,Ltd., Ltd. launches company-wide "Social Good" activities to create a positive impact on society and contribute to solving social issues

"Social Good Week 2021" report, which was held in July 2020 and announced 13 cases, will be released sequentially

To realize a sustainable society, NOMURA Co.,Ltd. Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as NOMURA Co.,Ltd.) will use creativity to balance "social benefit" that contributes to emerging social issues with "business profit" as a company, and will launch "social good" activities across the entire group that will create a positive impact.

In March 2021, we launched the Social Good Strategy Office, which will lead our business activities from consulting to project launch. Additionally, we held "Social Good Week 2021" over four days from July 5th to 8th, 2021, to present NOMURA Co.,Ltd. Group's social good initiatives together with external partners, sharing our knowledge and vision. Our group's owned media, "nomlog," will report on the entire program and release it sequentially.

In the future, for companies to fulfill their social responsibilities, they will need to work not only within their own companies but also with external organizations to create a sustainable society. During Social Good Week 2021, NOMURA Co.,Ltd. Group announced the social good projects it has undertaken to date together with external partners. nomlog will report on the entire program and will progressively publish the creative ideas and solutions that have emerged from the perspective of resolving social issues.
