[Outline of the project]
"NGT48 Theater" will open on January 10, 2016 and will be the exclusive theater for Niigata NGT48, the 5th domestic idol group of the AKB group.
The project is being undertaken by AKS Co., Ltd., and was brought in as a key attraction for "LoveLa 2," a mixed-use commercial facility located in the central business district of Niigata City (operation, management the Mitsui Fudosan Group).
Unlike the AKB group so far, in various ways they are expected to be an idol unit responsible for local transmission / revitalization.
This is also reflected in the theater's concept, various mechanisms, and design. NOMURA Co.,Ltd. collaborated with Shimizu Construction Co., Ltd. on the planning from the initial stages.
My role involved everything from planning the theater's concept design and stage effects to construction.
