Morioka Machiya Story Museum

"Morioka Machiya Monogatarikan" is a new tourist exchange facility in Morioka that has been completely renovated and refurbished from the preserved buildings of Morioka City, such as the sake brewery, the main building, and the library storehouse.

Based on the concept of the museum, "encounter the bustle of nostalgia," while preserving the historical buildings and atmosphere of good old Morioka townhouses, you can "see," "experience," "interact," "buy," and "eat." As a facility that conveys the five new attractions of Morioka, it was concept design to be a place for interaction between visiting citizens and tourists.
