Our company was in charge of the renovation of CrossDine, an all-day dining restaurant located in the Hotel Metropolitan that is popular for its buffet.
While maintaining the main concept since the hotel's opening of being "a crossroads of international cuisine by specialized chefs from Japanese, Western and Chinese cuisine," we have adopted a new concept design concept of "CASA VALLEY," which means a house with a large roof.
The lively open kitchen has been enhanced as a "show kitchen" and reborn as an open, modern living-dining room with a large roof, centered around the kitchen.
The imposing pillars supporting the high ceilings give off a calming, woody warmth.
The pendant lights, chandeliers and brackets hanging from the ceiling give off a warm light, creating a comfortable atmosphere like a home that always welcomes you in. To allow customers with different purposes and numbers to use the space comfortably, we have created three areas: the DINING AREA, the SALON STYLE AREA and the GARDEN LIVING AREA.
