Located on the first floor of the Kawasaki Factory's main building, this facility combines Fujitsu Sports with a flexible communication space.
Based on the concept of "creating a space where everyone with diverse values can come together on an equal footing and move forward positively towards their dreams," displays corner is lined with items related to teams and athletes from various sports, as well as items that will deepen understanding of parasports, and has been designed so that even people in wheelchairs can approach and view the exhibits without stress.
Some of the information tables and benches are made from precious wood that was carefully cultivated at a children's independence support facility in Engaru Town, Hokkaido, which has a deep connection to the Tokyo Olympics in 1964. In addition, an event space has been set up, ensuring that the facility can accommodate various workshops and events.
[Social issues/customer issues/requests]
The company requested that they incorporate Fujitsu's new work style reform concept, "Work Life Shift," which addresses the well-being of each individual and aims for autonomous working.
[Solution]
We proposed using the event space to hold a flexibility exercises class by cheerleaders, providing an opportunity for employees to improve their well-being during their lunch break.
[Customer feedback]
The idea behind the corporate sports room was effectively communicated through the decoration of the space. It has also become an effective communication space and has been very well received.
