overview

While conveying the Panasonic Group's major policy of ``Panasonic GREEN IMPACT'' to visitors through displays, we also embodied this in the overall space concept design, creating an displays booth with as little loss as possible.
By taking the environmental impact into consideration, using minimal building and flooring materials, and using a large amount of recycled materials, we were able to reduce our carbon footprint in terms of booth construction and logistics, and communicate the group's policies to the world. I did.

In addition, the symbol signs placed in each area were concept design using products. By providing a place for people to gather as a symbol, and composing it with products, we appealed our message to visitors and the media in an easy-to-understand manner.

Issues/requests

The Panasonic Group has set a long-term environmental vision, "Panasonic GREEN IMPACT," and aims to reduce CO2 emissions from its own operations to virtually zero by 2030, and by 2050, aims to reduce the current total global emissions to approximately 33 billion tons. The aim is to create a reduction impact of 300 million tons, which is approximately 1% of the total. How to communicate "Panasonic GTREEN IMAPCT"? What should a booth look like as a place to communicate to the world? What should displays look like?
Those were the challenges.

solution

The area is organized according to the theme of GREEN IMPACT City.
concept design symbolic signs representing each area using Panasonic concept design main products to clearly communicate this to visitors and the media.

Park: Perovskite solar cells are concept design in the shape of leaves to represent a tree.
Town: A system that is operated using 100% renewable energy is expressed through video and diorama.
Mobility: Expressing a car by arranging Li-ion batteries.
Home: By projecting mapping onto a large diorama, we appeal to both the technology and the experience.

While concept design each symbol sign as a place where people gather,
By composing them into products, we appealed to both visitors and the media with an easy-to-understand message.

Customer's voice

For displays booth with the theme of ``Panasonic GREEN IMPACT,'' we concept design a tree that utilizes symbolic perovskite solar cells in a way that is visually striking while also taking into account technical requirements. As a result, we had a lot of photos taken by visitors and the media, and we feel that there was a lot of interest in our technology.
