AI-STUDIO-SAITAMA

This is Ai Komuten's sixth store in Japan and is an experiential housing showroom where you can "see," "touch," and "feel."
AI-STUDIO-SAITAMA, which opened on the sixth floor of the main building of Omiya Takashimaya in Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture, features a VR room where you can virtually experience the plan of your future home, and a living/dining/kitchen simulation room where you can consider the floor plan you are planning in actual size. You can also have fun concept design your ideal life by checking out creative storage ideas and playful skip spaces, and comparing home appliances. Our company was in charge of concept design, production, and interiors construction.

We created an environment that exudes a "Saitama-ness" by using wood from Saitama for the fixtures and incorporating artwork that evokes Saitama's identity into displays throughout the facility, creating concept design that fosters a sense of attachment to the region and a renewed sense of what is good about Saitama.
