Eye Construction Eye Fit Utsunomiya

We were in charge of design, layout, building execution of Ai Komuten's fifth store in Japan, an experiential housing showroom where customers can "see," "touch," and "feel."
This store is located in front of Utsunomiya Station in Utsunomiya City, Tochigi Prefecture, and occupies approximately 430 square meters on the 5th floor of Tonarie Utsunomiya. It is a one-stop shop for homebuilding consultations, from negotiations to contracts to specification decisions. Compared to conventional stores, the showroom is more compact and easy to use and navigate. concept design is based on Oya stone and Tochigi leather, and while interiors is "Tochigi-esque" everywhere, it also features displays of the latest housing equipment, interior building materials, exterior walls, roofs, sashes, and a corner where you can experience the unique skip design using AR, making it a showroom where you can learn "why Ai Komuten is chosen."

-We were asked to provide concept design proposal for creating a space that incorporates elements that make use of local characteristics.
・We received a request for displays proposal that would allow customers to experience Ai Komuten's high level of design capabilities and its superiority over other companies.

・ concept design uses interiors materials and craft motifs that are unique to Tochigi, creating an environment that evokes a "Tochigi-ness."
・In order to help customers better recognize our design capabilities and advantages, we have newly introduced an AR content displays using models of actual projects, focusing on promoting skip design.

We have proposed various mechanisms that can appeal to customers. In particular, I feel that we were able to create great added value by expanding the possibilities of multi-layered spaces.
