■ Osaka-Kansai Expo 2025: Wakayama Zone
In collaboration with Hideki Yoshimoto, the general director of the Wakayama Zone, we have created a space that expresses "high-quality Wakayama." The video device "Totem," reminiscent of the giant trees of the Kii Mountains, is finished with Kishu lacquer, and the counter tables and chairs that provide dining experiences are also made of Kishu wood. Other elements that make up the space utilize Wakayama's traditional crafts and materials, condensing the charm of Wakayama, which is a source of pride for the world, into the space.
Our company is responsible for working drawings, environmental features, interior execution, and building execution.
