JUNOPARK, a large-scale experiential facility, will open in Kizugawa City, Kyoto Prefecture on August 5, 2025.
"JUNOPARK" is a place that combines "education" and "entertainment."
It is a "living education edutainment facility" that combines the two. It consists of four floors, from the first to the fourth, and has two areas: a public area (free) centered on the first floor, and an experience area (paid) centered on the second to fourth floors.
NOMURA Co.,Ltd. was responsible for the basic plan, schematic design, working drawings, program content development, interiors construction, exterior signage, and post-opening management plans.

The main experience area of the facility features original programs and displays themed around Sekisui House's "Six sensibilities cultivated in daily life." Divided into six zones (concept design, structure, universal concept design, living environment, resource recycling, and natural environment) based on each theme, visitors can enjoy "Experience Activities," a 45-minute game-style group workshop that requires an activity pass to participate, and the "Experience Gallery," an interactive displays that can be viewed individually. Through these experiences, the hope is that children will create their own passions and discover what they "like" and "value."

The public area will include a library, cafe, restaurant, and shop, and will be developed as a local open space where both children and adults can spend their time as they please and discover new things to enjoy.

JUNOPARK was designed with the concept of a "forest where sensibility blossoms." In the atrium space that runs from the Library Book Garden on the first floor in the center of the facility to the third floor, the facility's symbolic tree, the "Tree of Sensibility," stands tall. Starting from the Tree of Sensibility, the entire facility expresses "a lush forest where new sensibilities in each individual person blossom one after another."
