Creation of "OsakaMIDORI LIFE" "Grand Green Osaka"

The grand opening of the South Building of GRAND GREENOSAKA, which consists of the commercial facility "Shop & Restaurant", the hotel "Hotel Hankyu Gran Respire Osaka", and the MICE facility "Congress Square Grand Green Osaka", will be held on Friday, March 21, 2025. NOMURA Co.,Ltd. was responsible for multi-area planning, design, layout, interiors construction, etc.

Located on the north side of JR Osaka Station, "Grand Green Osaka" is a mixed-use facility with offices, hotels, core functional facilities, commercial facilities, urban parks, and residences.

In September 2024, a part of Umekita Park (the entire South Park and part of North Park), the hotel "Canopy by Hilton Osaka Umeda" in the north building, the commercial facility "Shop & Restaurant", and the core functional facility "JAM BASE" will open. In the future, the Umekita Park Rear Construction Area (part of North Park) will open around the spring of 2027, and the entire town is scheduled to open in FY2027.

South Building Office Lounge Sorappa (planning, design and construction)
A new office lounge on the fourth floor of a building built amidst greenery that blends in with the town. Comprised of a dining area, café lounge, terrace and workspace, this space allows you to spend quality time feeling close to the park and sky. New encounters between people are born, intellectual curiosity is stimulated, inspiration is sparked and well-being is enhanced through healthy meals. From this spacious, field-like space, your days will unfold as you get your work and yourself moving.

The concept of "Sense of Park" is a fusion of art and concept design, which echoes the city's theme of "Greenery and Innovation." The basement has a theme of "ore," the first floor has a theme of "green," and the second floor has a theme of "wind," expressing the unique, comfortable environment of a park.

Right: South Building Umekita Onsen Ren Wellbeing Park (design)
A health promotion facility based on the concept of wellness and well-being. With five themes - hot baths, exercise, food, meditation, and beauty - the facility offers a wide range of services based on these themes, combining them to provide the perfect experience for each individual customer.

Home improvement store Konan offers healing and relaxation through plants and aquariums under the concept of "bringing water and greenery closer to you." This new urban concept store offers a wide variety of plants, the largest number of aquarium displays in the city, tropical fish from around the world, and highly specialized aquariums.
