NOMURA Co.,Ltd. will provide an unprecedentedly moving spatial experience at the "B.LEAGUE AWARD SHOW 2024-25," hosted by the Japan Professional Basketball League, on Friday, May 30, 2025, using its emotional space DX (digital transformation) technology, "emograf," which depicts emotions.

"emograf" is a spatial DX (digital transformation) project planned and produced by NOMLAB (Nomura Lab), the research and development organization of NOMURA Co.,Ltd. At the "B.LEAGUE AWARD SHOW 2024-25," cameras installed in the venue will analyze the facial expressions of each and every visitor in real time. emograf will visualize the diverse expressions of joy and emotion that overflow at that moment, and dynamically change the spatial effects such as lighting and video throughout the venue. By visualizing the emotions of the visitors and sharing that enthusiasm, emograf will unite the entire venue and create an impressive space. At glorious moments celebrating the achievements of the players, the emotions of the visitors will merge, creating an even more dramatic space.

As a "B.LEAGUE Supporting Company," NOMURA Co.,Ltd. is working in collaboration with the Japan Professional Basketball League to further develop the field of spatial concept design, which plays a crucial role in arena sports, and to improve the value of the experience.

This year's B.LEAGUE AWARD SHOW 2024-25 will be held under the theme of "WAY TO GO," to honor the achievements of players, head coaches, referees, and other people involved in the B.LEAGUE who have fought through the long season, and to convey the message that the B.LEAGUE, which is becoming an object of admiration for young basketball players and fans, will not be satisfied with the status quo and will move on to a new stage.

We support well-being spaces and revitalization by reading users' smiles, analyzing data, and predicting emotions through spatial concept design. By using emograf to digitize people's reactions that were previously invisible, and utilizing this data in spatial concept design, operation, and presentation, we aim to create spaces where everyone feels comfortable.
