Notification of changes to payment terms for business partners

NOMURA Co., Ltd. (Head office: 2-3-4 Daiba, Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Kiyotaka Okumoto) has decided to completely switch over to a full payment method for our business partners, which includes payments by "densai (electronically recorded monetary claims)" or "promissory notes," as detailed below.

On February 7, 2024, we announced our Partnership Building Declaration, and are promoting collaboration and coexistence and prosperity with our supply chain partners and business operators who aim to create value.

By making the payment terms a full cash transfer, we aim to further strengthen our partnership.


Notes

 

■Changes
Before:
If the total amount billed (including tax) is 1.1 million yen or less, you can pay by "full bank transfer"
If it exceeds 1.1 million yen, "80% electronic money order, 20% bank transfer" or "80% bill, 20% bank transfer"

After:
Full cash transfer

*There will be no changes to the closing date or payment date. Only the payment terms will change.

■Time of change
Payment due on May 15, 2025 (April inspection)
Regardless of the payment terms at the time of ordering, we will change the payment method to cash transfer in full.

■ Change procedures
No action is required from your side regarding this change in payment terms.
If we do not receive any written notice from you by June 30, 2025, we will assume that you have accepted the request.

■Other
For business partners who have entered into a basic agreement regarding debt assumption and payment between your company, our company, and our group C's·three Co., Ltd., the agreement will be terminated due to the change in payment terms.
If we do not receive any written notice from you by June 30, 2025, we will assume that you have accepted the request.
