Ghibli Park's "Valley of the Witches" was awarded the 31st Thea Award in the Immersive Land category
On Sunday, March 16, 2025 (Japan time), at the 31st Thea Award Gala held at the Hilton Universal Hotel in Hollywood, USA, Ghibli Park's "Witch's Valley" was recognized in the Immersive Land category.
NOMURA Co.,Ltd. isHowl's CastleResponsible for design and construction cooperation, and design and construction of demonstration works. I have done so.
Representing the project, our Executive Creative Director, Masaki Kawahara, attended the awards ceremony.
What is the "Thea Award"?
Themed Entertainment Association(TEA) Established in 1994 to recognize achievements, talent, and individual excellence in the themed entertainment industry, the awards recognize individuals, projects, and technologies that are making a difference in the field of themed attractions and experiences worldwide. It is now internationally recognized as the equivalent of the Academy Awards for the themed entertainment industry. Each year, over 100 outstanding achievements from around the world compete for 12 to 18 awards.
