Studio Ghibli/Nihon Sekkei's "Witch's Valley" at Ghibli Park received a special award in recognition of its efforts to broaden interest in architecture to a new audience.

What is the "Everyone's Architecture Award"?
Established in 2024, this new award aims to provide citizens with an opportunity to learn about Japan's fascinating architecture, which is a source of national pride, by ensuring that it is reliably disseminated to society through the media, and that the selection process itself is naturally spread through social media.
The "Everyone's Architecture Award" Recommendation Committee is comprised of approximately 30 people, including editors and architectural historians.
From the nominated works "The Best 10 Amazing Buildings" selected by the nomination committee, the building that received the most votes via "X (formerly Twitter)", "Instagram", and "Google Forms" (with "♡ (likes)" counting for "X" and "Instagram") during the voting period (10 days) from January 27th (Monday) to February 5th (Wednesday) 23:59 was selected as the "Grand Prize" winner.
