On October 31, 2023, NOMURA "Kukan concept design Studio" opened at Kidzania Fukuoka.
NOMURA Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director and President and Executive Officer: Kiyotaka Okumoto, hereinafter referred to as NOMURA) and KCJ GROUP Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director and President: Michinari Marutani, hereinafter KCJ) On October 31, 2023, KCJ GROUP will open a ``Spatial concept design Studio'' pavilion, with NOMURA as its official sponsor, at ``Kidzania Fukuoka'' (Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture), a children's vocational and social experience facility planned and operated by KCJ GROUP. It opened on Sunday (Tuesday).
In this pavilion, children learn about space creation as ``space designers,'' and then use models of dinosaurs and other animals to concept design the space of a dinosaur museum. We start up 3D data on a tablet and think about spatial effects such as backgrounds, floors, and lighting for displays. Finally, participants will give a presentation about the space they concept design, and check out the completed museum displays area through a walk-through video that gives them the feeling of actually walking inside the museum.
Today's opening ceremony included the unveiling of the Kukan concept design Studio uniform and a tape cutting.
Through the experience in this pavilion, children who will be responsible for the future will learn the joy of ``imagining'' and ``creating'' displays area, and thereby develop an interest in creative work and explore various possibilities with new ideas and ideas.
