My shoulder pain, which I had been experiencing due to form improvements, prevented me from improving my records, and I was in a state where I doubted whether I would be able to lift 130kg in practice. It was my colleagues at NOMURA Co.,Ltd. who gave me courage and strength in this situation. They train with me every day at the company, they come to the competition venues, and they support me no matter what the situation. My desire to show my colleagues how I challenge myself gave me the confidence and concentration to challenge myself to break my personal record without worrying about the pain in my shoulder. I'm very grateful.
Nextup is the Dubai World Championships in August.I would like to get results and raise my ranking so that it will be reflected in the ranking of the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games.
