My shoulder problems caused by improving my form meant that my records didn't improve, and I was in a state where I wondered if I would be able to lift 130kg in practice. It was my colleagues at NOMURA who gave me courage and strength in this situation. My colleagues who train with me every day at the company, my colleagues who rushed to the competition venues, and my colleagues who support me no matter what the situation. My desire to show my colleagues how I was challenging myself gave me the confidence and concentration to challenge myself to break my personal record without worrying about the pain in my shoulder. I am very grateful.
Nextup is the Dubai World Championships in August.I would like to get results and raise my ranking so that it will be reflected in the ranking of the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games.
