Five cooperating companies and details of profitable facilities have been decided for vitalization business surrounding the redevelopment of Senri Central Park!

H2O Retailing Co., Ltd. (headquarters: Kita-ku, Osaka; President: Araki Naoya) is pleased to announce that the details of the revenue-generating facility to open in March 2023 and five new collaborating companies have been selected for the "Senri Central Park Redevelopment vitalization business" (Toyonaka City, Osaka Prefecture), which is being undertaken by Senri Central Park Partners, a company represented by H2O Retailing Co., Ltd. (headquarters: Kita-ku, Osaka; President: Araki Naoya).

The cafe within the facility will be operated by Operation Factory Co., Ltd., which will develop menus using local ingredients and provide a space where people can eat and drink while enjoying the park's natural surroundings. Urban Research Co., Ltd. will plan and produce park goods to be sold within the facility and produce the vegetable garden, promoting increased convenience and lively activity in the park. Fukushima Garirei Co., Ltd. will oversee the kitchen to be set up within the community space and hold food-related workshops. NOMURA Ltd. and MuFF Co., Ltd. will be in charge of designing the park facilities, making use of nature and creating a space that feels one with the park.
