Announcement of “YOKOHAMA URBAN SPORTS FESTIVAL 2022”, the largest urban sports festival in Japan with “free admission”

"YOKOHAMA URBAN SPORTS FESTIVAL 2022 (sponsored by YOKOHAMA URBAN SPORTS FESTIVAL 2022 Executive Committee)", in which NOMURA Co., Ltd. is involved in planning and production, will be held on Saturday, June 4th and Sunday, June 5th, 2022.

A new urban sports entertainment event that combines professional sports as competitions with the charm of street culture will be held at the Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse in June 2022. World-class athletes from six sports will gather over two days, including skateboarding and BMX, new sports that became popular in the summer of 2021 thanks to the success of Japanese athletes, and breaking and parkour, which are now attracting attention. Exhibitions for each sport will be held, as well as national competitions for each sport. In addition, there will be content for kids, a marketplace, workshops, live music, and more, making this a sports x street culture festival that can be enjoyed from various perspectives.
