NOMURA Co.,Ltd. 's Social Good Activities: The Kamulier Case Study - We have published a report summarizing our 8-year efforts and providing useful information for people with swallowing difficulties and their families.

“We will contribute to the local community through the improvement of oral health.” Ltd. Based on GC's management philosophy, Kamulier, a facility that "supports food", opened in Ochanomizu in 2013.

Kamulieris a café-style corporate communication space with four major roles as a place to communicate the importance of the relationship between "diet that creates the zest for life" and "dental medicine that supports the zest for life."

While it is a café that you can easily enter, we also sell oral care goods, offer advice on purchasing appropriate products, offer cooking classes at our cooking studio, and sell food products to people with impaired swallowing ability. We have provided support to people and their families. (Dysphagia is a disorder of eating and swallowing, and refers to the inability to eat or swallow properly.)

 

Our company provided comprehensive support for eight years, from business concept development, planning, concept design, and design to program creation for the cooking studio and facility management. (Facility management was handled by our group company, Seeds Three.)

 

The store was closed in September last year due to the demolition plan of the building in which it resides, but we have summarized our efforts over the past eight years. We also introduce original recipes that are useful for people with dysphagia and their families, so please take a look.

Dental care, which concerns oral and dental health, is directly linked to improving people's Quality of Life, and will continue to play an even greater role as "medical care that supports the power to live."
