At "docomo Open House '22", we will displays the second collaboration prototype between NTT Docomo Inc. and NOMLAB, "Tsunagari Bistro (tentative name) *Patent pending".

NTT Docomo, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Docomo") and NOMURA, Ltd. NOMLAB (hereinafter referred to as "NOMLAB") are pursuing the transmission of emotions online, aiming to realize next-generation communication.
This time, we will displays the second prototype of the collaboration, "Tsunagari Bistro (tentative name)" at "docomo Open House '22". At this displays, you can actually experience the prototype. In addition, an overview of the prototype will be introduced online at this event.

 

“Tsunagaru Bistro (provisional name) *Patent pending”:
A new communication tool that connects distant spaces online and creates the feeling of meeting in the same space. With the advent of a decentralized society, the way we communicate will change in a future where lifestyles will become more free than they are today. Even in a society where online and real worlds coexist, we aim to create a communication society full of compassion, where "emotion sharing" can be delivered regardless of distance.

 

■About "docomo Open House '22"
A wide range of initiatives will be held online, including NTT DOCOMO's research and development and solutions utilizing the latest technologies. In order to co-create the future with our partners, we will be introducing over 230 displays online, including the latest technologies, solutions, and projects that NTT DOCOMO and the NTT Group have cultivated in the information and communications field, as well as initiatives with our collaborative partners.
At this event, more than 230 technologies and projects from DOCOMO and the NTT Group will be displays online across 12 categories, including the IOWN concept (Innovative Optical and Wireless Network), 5G evolution & 6G, and other themes.
