3 out of 4say they need office space
The challenges are to “foster a sense of unity” and “pass on corporate and organizational cultures”

NOMURA Co.,Ltd. Co., Ltd. (Odaiba, Minato-ku), which provides spatial value that contributes to solving social issues, conducted a survey in November 2021 targeting 300 workers aged 20 and over in Japan regarding their attitudes towards work styles and workplaces. This survey aimed to understand the challenges and intentions of workers and to re-examine the value of the workplace at a time when the new option of "working from anywhere" began to spread due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. This survey was also conducted in 2014 and 2018.

・ 62% of all generations: “Hybrid work” and “Work with a high percentage of coming to the office”
・74% of all generations: “I think office space is necessary”
