NOMURA Ltd. (Odaiba, Minato-ku), which provides spatial value that leads to the resolution of social issues, conducted a questionnaire survey in November 2021 on working styles and workplace awareness among 300 workers aged 20 or older in Japan. The purpose of this survey was to understand the challenges and intentions faced by workers and to reexamine the value of the workplace at a time when the new working style option of "working from anywhere" has begun to take hold due to the impact of COVID-19. This survey was also conducted in 2014 and 2018.
