<Speaker profile>

・Goro Kato
A graduate of the Tokyo Institute of Technology Graduate School, he led the "RESET SPACE" on the 4th floor Head Office, which was renovated with employee participation to revitalize internal communication, and is also leading this project. In the new office, he is working to revitalize business synergies through collaboration across the entire group, improve engagement, and foster creativity. He also leads the "Fairwood Project," which utilizes domestically produced timber, promoting the creation of spaces that contribute to forest conservation and growth. He is also in charge of content direction, creating displays in collaboration with leading researchers.

・Tomoki Fukano
Graduated from the Department of environmental design at Tama Art University. Her design work spans a wide concept design, from museums to commercial facilities and hotels. Notable projects include "TONAMI TULIP GALLERY Tulip Shikisai-kan," which won the Silver Award at the "Japan Spatial concept design Awards 2016," and "TOMOKO KODERA CONCEPT SHOP," which has received high acclaim both domestically and internationally, including Gold Awards at concept design awards in Hong Kong and Singapore. Following her work on Head Office, "RESET SPACE" (2018), she was responsible for the conference room area in this project.
